Nancy Rodriguez (on the left)
Nancy Rodriguez is the administrator of Alden of Old Town East, Alden of Old Town West, Alden Springs and Alden Trails. She began her career in health care as a certified nursing assistant and later obtained her long-term care certificate and became licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in 2003. Nancy has over 30 years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities of all ages, from infant to adult. She has extensive experience as an administrator at skilled nursing facilities for seniors as well as adolescents and adults with developmental disabilities. Nancy prides herself on her hands-on approach as it pertains to her leadership style.
Courtney Quigley (on the right)
Courtney Quigley is the Facility Manager of Alden Springs and Alden Trails. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology. Courtney became inspired to work with individuals with developmental disabilities after working as a swim instructor in college. One of her students had a disability and she found it very rewarding to see him progress and enjoy himself. Her first job out of college was working as a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) in the human services field and working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Courtney has volunteered her time for the Special Olympics in multiple disciplines (basketball, swimming and track and field). In addition to being a QIDP, Courtney is a certified water safety instructor.
